CGL will provide you with the support and tuition set out in each of the websites pages but has the sole right to reserve, cancel or refuse such support should it be found the learner has breached any condition or failed to pay for such support when required thereby to do so..
Any such payment will be expected to be made digitally using a verified and trusted third party resource. Any and all notifications and conformations will be sent via email to an address specified and confirmed by the learner.
Once any digital download has been made either wholly or partly by the learner, then payment thereafter cannot be cancelled.

Limitation of liability – CGL holds no liability and cannot be responsible for any loss or damage, caused by the use of courses, course materials or this website either electronically or materially.

Written Communication – As part of the agreement you accept that communication with CGL will be mainly electronic. Upon completion of and of CGL’s courses you will receive a certificate of acknowledgement.
You will not receive a certificate until you have paid for the course in full.
Course materials will be available for you to purchase from CGL’s Amazon Influencer Store but CGL is not liable for any third part material purchased by the learner if lost or damaged in transit or the quality or lack there of when provided by the third party provider.
Termination – If you fail to pay any amount due in accordance with this Agreement or You breach any of the terms and conditions set out In this agreement or any other information provided by you proves to be false or incomplete, CGL shall be entitled to terminate any such Agreement.
Other Terms – CGL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any such change when made will be published on the website.
If any clause in these t&c’s is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be deleted or amended but the remaining t&c’s will continue to be in force.
